Want to start your UX career in women's health?

A community for early-career women in UX, product and design who want to work in women's health and FemTech.

What if your first UX role could be on women's health?

Women's health has been overlooked and under-researched for too long.

It needs more people who understand the women it's for.

Meanwhile, getting that first UX or product role is brutal.

You need experience to get the job. You need the job to get the experience.

So let's build a way in!

You don't have to figure it out alone

Early career is a lot of questions. What to learn. How to position yourself. Which companies to look at. How to get noticed with no years behind you.

Why women’s health?

Women's health needs better products, services and experiences.
That takes people who understand the women they're designed for.

For too long, women's needs have been missing from health research, data and design.

We want more women in the room, shaping what comes next.

Built by someone who knows how hard it is to find your way in.

Hi, I'm Natasha.

I'm a UX Career Coach, with 10+ years in UX and over 300 designers mentored through career changes, portfolios, job hunts and interviews.

I keep watching talented people get stuck at the same door. No experience, and no way to get it.

Women's health is personal for me too. Learning my own body changed how I live and work. I want more women to have that knowledge, and more women building what supports it.

So I'm starting this. Small, honest, a bit rough.

With you.
